Carrying on the tradition of the garagiste, Vincent applies natural and organic methods to his ever-evolving experiment making Sancerre. The grapes are hand-harvested from one of two plots: Silex soils near the Sancerre apex Le Plateau, and marl and clay soils. Either blended or aged separately in barrel, the small production flies straight out of Vincent’s garage conveying the fresh, mineral drive that’s hallmark of his home.

The Wines

"Cuvée Tradition ‒ Silex" Sauvignon Blanc

Minerals, citrus, and florals for days. Our platonic ideal of Sancerre. Grapes sourced from 15- to 30-year old vines. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

"Le Manoir" Sauvignon Blanc

Grall’s Sancerre develops more density here. Grapes are fermented in 600 liter oak barrels, and lees is stirred before barrels are blended in stainless steel.

"Le Grall" Sauvignon Blanc

Developed from the oldest, south-facing vines, “Le Grall” has aging potential. Fermented and aged for 5 to 7 months in 2,000 liter oak barrels. Richness abounds.
